LAUNCHING OCTOBER 10 2024, WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY
THE 7 DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE
an online course
Consider this your nosedive into nervous system regulation.
I created the 7-Day Meditation Challenge for the mindful-curious who may not have the attention span for sitting cross-legged on the floor in silence.
Throughout these 7 days, you will explore different meditation modalities that are outside-the-box, soothing to the mind, and engaging.
This challenge is perfect for anyone who wants to regulate their nervous system and may or may not have trouble sitting still (I see you cuz I just described myself).
Throughout the course, you will sample 7 different types of meditation, so if you choose to make meditation a routine habit, you can repeat the modalities you enjoyed most. You get access for life, so revisit these meditations as much as you'd like.
With SO MUCH love, happy meditating.
